Welcome to Campus Nigeria ("Campus NG"). Campus NG is a platform that allows users to upload, search, view, and download PDF materials related to Nigerian universities.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Section 02

Eligibility

To use Campus NG, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not impersonate another person or institution

Section 03

User Accounts

To upload PDFs, users must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • All activities that occur under your account

Upload Rules

Users may upload PDF files only. By uploading a file, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to share the content
  • The file does not infringe copyright
  • The file is not harmful, malicious, or illegal
  • The content is educational in nature
⚠️ Campus NG may remove any file without notice if it violates our policies.

Section 05

Upload Limits

Campus NG limits the number of uploads per user per month to prevent spam or abuse. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Section 06

Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload:

  • Copyright-protected books without permission
  • Explicit or offensive material
  • Malware or harmful files
  • False academic materials
  • Files intended to scam users
⚠️ Violation may result in permanent account suspension.

Section 07

Downloads

All downloads are provided "as-is". Campus NG is not responsible for:

  • Accuracy of uploaded materials
  • Errors in content
  • Academic performance results

Users download materials at their own discretion.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of files they upload. However, by uploading content, you grant Campus NG a non-exclusive license to:

  • Store the file on our servers
  • Display the file title and metadata
  • Distribute and make the file available for download

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

Campus NG shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss
  • File misuse
  • Unauthorized downloads
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Use the platform at your own risk.

Section 10

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Upload harmful or prohibited content
  • Attempt to exploit or abuse the system

Section 11

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a website notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

File Storage

Uploaded PDFs are stored on secure cloud servers (Supabase). We do not guarantee permanent storage and may remove files that violate our policies without notice.

Sharing of Information

We may share information only:

  • If required by Nigerian law or legal process
  • To prevent fraud or abuse on the platform
  • With hosting providers (Supabase, Vercel) for service functionality

Campus NG may use cookies and local storage to:

  • Improve user experience
  • Analyze platform traffic

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure cloud storage. However, no online platform is 100% secure — use the platform at your own discretion.

  • Request removal of uploaded content

Campus NG is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it immediately.
